Pilates by the River

Saturdays, this June! Beginner Pilates classes in the Gazebo at the Athens Riverfront Park on Water Street. So, put on some comfy clothes, grab a mat and a bottle of water. Above all, come with a positive, upbeat attitude! You’ll learn beginner exercises for basic Pilates mat movements, proper stretching and core awareness.

Classes are free, but donations are welcome and will benefit the APAC Summer concert series.

Questions? Contact Mary Jo Wynne at mjpilates519@aol.com.
