Athens Street Festival "THE GREATEST FESTIVAL ON THE RIVER" will be held on July 10, 2010, (always the 2nd Saturday in July). This festival offers an opening parade, continuous live entertainment on 3 stages, Antique car show, Lighthouse tours, food and drink, Carnival rides, a demonstration area and over 150 vendors ending with a huge fireworks display over the river.
